Brand Strategy
Defined the purpose, values, voice, and goals: building community, a young Latin American critical voice, and independence.
Tercer Espacio is an independent magazine exploring the intersection of art, politics, and contemporary culture from a migrant perspective. As co-founder, I work alongside the collective to shape its purpose, values, and voice. I lead the visual side entirely, from the brand identity to every social media post, and contribute some of the essays it publishes. The website is currently in progress.
Less noise, more conversation.
Tercer Espacio wanted to be a corner of the internet for critical thinking, rejecting disposable content in favor of essays, chronicles, and visual pieces that challenge dominant narratives. The brand had to be bold and graphic enough to stand out in a fast feed, while inviting people to slow down, read, and talk.

Moodboards and a color-coded system: each section has its own color, electric blue guides the reader, and EB Garamond with Inter sets the editorial tone.

Designed the Instagram posts and carousels that turn essays and interviews into visual stories.

Write essays and opinion pieces for the magazine, published on Instagram and Substack.

Social Media Management
As a content strategist, I plan the magazine’s Instagram: an editorial calendar in Notion that connects each essay, interview, and reading list with its posts, so the feed follows a clear rhythm instead of reacting to trends. I also design every post, and each one invites people to read the full piece on Substack.

Website · In progress
I’m currently designing the Tercer Espacio website in Figma: a space to read essays, chronicles, and interviews away from the speed of the feed. This section will be updated once it launches.
